From enquiry to shipment

Four steps, each with a documented check

A repeatable order process is what keeps re-orders consistent. This is how a first enquiry becomes a shipped container.

Specification

Send the standard, size, material, finish, quantity and packing requirement — or a drawing or sample. We confirm what we can make to and what needs a new tool.

Quotation & sample

You receive a quotation with the applicable standard and packing data. Samples can be produced for evaluation before the order is placed.

Production & in-process checks

Material is inspected on receipt and checked at each stage. Thread fit, dimensions, surface and marking are verified before the batch moves on.

Final inspection & packing

Final inspection before packing, batch records retained, then packed to the agreed pallet and carton specification for container shipment.

Lead times, minimum order quantities and packing details are confirmed per order — please send the specification and we will quote against it.
FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What is your minimum order quantity?
It depends on the item. Tell us the model and quantity you need and we will confirm.
Can you supply mixed containers?
Yes. Several product lines and sizes can be combined in one shipment, with packing and labelling to your specification.
Do you offer OEM or private label packing?
Yes. Packing, labelling and documentation can be produced to your specification — tell us what you need.
Which standards do you produce to?
The range covers DIN, EN, JIS and U.S. commercial and forged patterns. Tell us the pattern you need and we will confirm availability.
How do I get dimensions and working load limits?
Dimensions, working load limits and packing data are supplied with the quotation for the specific item. Send us the model you need.
Where do you ship from?
Qingdao, Shandong — one of China's major export ports.

Ordering and specification

Can you produce to our drawing or sample?
Yes. Send the drawing or a sample with the standard, material, finish and quantity required, and we will confirm what can be produced directly and what requires new tooling.
What information do you need to quote?
The standard or pattern, size, material grade, surface finish, quantity, packing requirement and destination port. A drawing or sample removes most of the ambiguity.
What is the minimum order quantity?
It is confirmed per item, because it depends on the pattern, the size and the finish. Tell us the item and quantity and we will confirm.
Can you mark the hardware with our brand?
Private-label marking and packing are supported. Send the marking layout and we will confirm what can be applied to the item in question.
Which standards can you supply to?
The DIN, EN, JIS and US patterns listed on each product page. If your requirement is a pattern not listed, send the specification and we will confirm whether it can be produced.
Can you provide material certificates?
Inspection documents can be supplied to the type agreed at the time of order — see EN 10204 2.1, 2.2, 3.1 and 3.2. Please specify the type you need when you order, as it is arranged before production.
How is packing done?
To the carton and pallet specification agreed for the order. Packing data is included with the quotation so you can calculate container utilisation before you confirm.

Materials and finishes

Which material should I specify for outdoor use?
Hot-dip galvanised carbon steel is the usual answer for site and outdoor duty. Where chloride exposure is expected — coastal or marine — AISI 316 stainless is the alternative. Tell us the environment and we will confirm what we can supply.
What is the difference between hot-dip and electro-galvanised?
Hot-dip immerses the part in molten zinc and gives a thicker, metallurgically bonded coating suited to outdoor and marine exposure. Electro-galvanising deposits a thinner, brighter layer with tighter thread tolerances, suited to indoor or light duty.
Do you supply stainless steel?
Stainless items are supplied in the austenitic grades commonly used in rigging, AISI 304 and AISI 316. Confirm the grade with the enquiry, and note that a stainless item of a given size carries a lower rated load than an alloy-steel item of the same size.
Can you match a finish we already use?
Send the specification or a sample and we will confirm whether the finish can be matched and what it does to lead time and price.
